1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Fullish. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fullish mobile application ("App") operated by Fullish ("we", "our", "us").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
Fullish is a household grocery intelligence app that helps you:
- Create and manage shopping lists
- Collaborate with household members in real-time
- Track consumption patterns and receive smart suggestions
- Scan receipts to log purchases
- Store digital loyalty cards
- Plan meals and manage recipes
- Track food waste and savings
3. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable law
If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address and password.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4.3 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
5. Households
5.1 Creating a Household
When you create a household, you become the household administrator ("Admin").
5.2 Joining a Household
You may join an existing household using an invite code. By joining, you agree that other household members can see your shared shopping data.
5.3 Household Data
All household members can view and edit shopping lists and items, meal plans and recipes, shared loyalty cards, and aggregated household insights.
5.4 Leaving a Household
You may leave a household at any time. Your individual account will remain, but you will lose access to household data.
5.5 Admin Responsibilities
Admins can generate new invite codes, remove members from the household, and delete the household (which affects all members).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
6.1 Prohibited Content
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or other accounts
- Use the App for commercial purposes without our permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
6.3 Receipt Scanning
Only scan receipts that belong to you or your household. Do not upload receipts containing sensitive information from others.
6.4 Loyalty Cards
Only store loyalty cards that you are authorised to use. Do not use the App to commit loyalty card fraud.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Fullish and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (shopping lists, receipts, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store your content to provide the Service.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
8.1 Free Tier
Basic features are available for free with limitations (e.g., limited receipt scans, limited loyalty cards).
8.2 Premium Subscriptions
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and features are displayed in the App.
8.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play.
8.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic/Claude (AI processing), Sentry (crash reporting), and Expo (push notifications).
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.
10. AI-Generated Content
10.1 Nature of AI Content
The App uses AI to provide receipt item extraction, pantry item identification, shopping assistant responses, and smart suggestions.
10.2 Accuracy Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided for convenience and may contain errors. You should review extracted receipt data for accuracy, verify pantry scan results, and use assistant suggestions as guidance, not professional advice.
10.3 No Professional Advice
The AI assistant does not provide medical, nutritional, financial, or legal advice. Consult appropriate professionals for such matters.
11. Disclaimers
11.1 "As Is" Basis
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
11.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that results from the App will be accurate or reliable.
11.3 Smart Suggestions
Smart suggestions (e.g., "running low" predictions) are based on historical data and may not reflect your actual needs. Use your own judgement when shopping.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULLISH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR £50.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fullish, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account in Settings or contacting us.
14.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a security risk.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@fullish.app to attempt informal resolution.
15.3 Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App, updating the "Last Updated" date, and sending an email for significant changes.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, stop using the App and delete your account.
17. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
- Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver — Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment — You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
